Ian Rosa

Ian is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing and closing of all real estate acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures for Rosa Beaulieu, as well as all portfolio management activities.

Prior to co-founding Rosa Beaulieu, Ian was the Director of Investments for RM Communities, a private investment firm with a focus on multifamily real estate. Ian was responsible for all firm and investment related strategies and oversaw the portfolio growth of 20 acquisitions and nearly 3,000 units. Ian previously worked at Highline Real Estate Capital and Rialto Capital Management.

Ian holds an M.B.A from the University of Miami, a J.D. from DePaul College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
