Rosa Beaulieu focuses on the acquisition and asset management of multifamily properties throughout the Southeastern United States. Our goal is to identify opportunities where we are able to identify assets that offer strong risk-adjusted returns for our investors through our unique relationships, market knowledge and expertise.

Primary and secondary markets within North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida
1980s and newer vintage below replacement cost
100+ units
Value add and opportunistic return profiles on 3-10 year holding periods
