Eric Beaulieu

Eric is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing and closing of all real estate acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures for Rosa Beaulieu, as well as all portfolio management activities.

Prior to co-founding Rosa Beaulieu, Eric was a Director of Investments for RM Communities, a private investment firm with a focus on multifamily real estate. Eric was responsible for all facets of acquisitions throughout the United States. Eric previously worked at Nearon Enterprises.

Eric holds an M.B.A from Georgetown University, a Bachelor's degree from Colby College and is a CFA charter holder.
